Been here multiple times and didn't fix the issue with my vehicle. Upon arrival the sign states to wait at the door, but I constantly stood there for awhile even as other customers cut in front and the inattentive sales agents were constantly busy. I've owned Lexus and BMW vehicles who have far superior service. I'm going to try a different tesla location to see if my experience varies.
The staffs are very helpful, professional, quick to answer to questions. I visited the storw for a service then I was out in 15 min or less.
Anthony D is awesome! He was so helpful throughout the whole process of buying my beautiful Model 3. The test drive experience during the quarantine was great too - they drop off a car you get to drive until the next day. Genius. The purchase process was super quick and super smooth. Thank you! If you are looking to purchase a tesla this is the best place to go with. Christopher Kim hooked us up throughout the whole process. He was available for questions when we needed hm and the car arrived when he said it would. Ask for Chris, he'll take care of you.
Staff always tries to help. Convenient location off Hwy 101. Wish there was a direct line to the service Dept like in the past. Now everything is done on the app for service.
Confusing as to what was open. Young inexperienced staff for not helpful in guiding you around their building. Lots of blank stairs while you found your own way through the door.
