The lady on the phone first time was rude compared to other places and they couldn't come out till next day. I don't mind the time frame because I understand time of year .50deg in my house! Dropping fast. I spoke to another lady today and she was great. So was Jimmy the service tech and his assistant. Got it working. Ahhhhh.

From start to finish, I was so impressed with this company. They got out to us quickly and their work was thorough. They relocated our furnace form the laundry room to just inside the garage. We are SO happy with the final product!
I had a component go out on my tankless heater and Gary helped me figure out what it was, order the part and walk me through the installation. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the correct part and understood how to replace it. Without him, I’d still be taking cold showers. I 100% recommend Alpine for anyone who wants excellent service, professional help and a great costumer experience!
We have used Alpine Heating and Cooling for two years now to service our furnace and central air conditioning. We were told by two competitors that our A/C unit wasn't worth servicing and that replacement was the only option. Alpine was honest and willing to service our unit instead of misleading us like other companies. We appreciate the trustworthy and superior service and when it actually is time to replace our equipment, we will be calling Alpine!
