They know their stuff, and are very helpful. We've bought several new appliances from them and they offer some brands you can't find everywhere. Very competitive pricing. You have to be patient with COVID changing everything it can take longer to get, but it is worth the wait.

I have owned rental property for nearly 2 decades and have always used Bigelow for my appliance needs. Recently a remodel in my home called for new appliances. I went into the showroom and talked directly to Mark. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He was honest about quality and value. It was an added bonus that the delivery team (Max and Chris) was made up of former students with whom I had some great conversations. They also moved my old refrigerator to the garage for me. They made sure everything was hooked up and working and asked if I had any questions. Bigelow has always been competitive with their pricing but their customer service is their strong suit. They are an embodiment of buy local. BTW, it was nice to see employees wearing masks during the pandemic when I was in the showroom.
