We are extremely pleased with our new Heritage wood-burning hybrid stove that we purchased from Burlington Fireplace. It was worth the wait. The crew, Ricky, Luke, and Austyn were top notch in all that they did that day. Luke called to tell us what time he would arrive. It was one of the coldest days of the year and we have a steep driveway with a long walk to the deck and house. We watched the three spend at least an hour to move the 560 pound stove down our stone stairs, along a narrow walk way and then up the deck. What took an hour? They needed to shovel our long snow-packed path much wider to get through. Then they also needed to shovel the snow off the roof for the outdoor section to be installed. They prepped the area with tarps, worked the whole time, never complaining of the cold or anything else. They were truly professional. The workmanship was top notch. We have used our stove 6 of the 7 days that we have now had it and believe it was a great choice to go with Burlington. I highly recommend Burlington Fireplace.

They ran into some issues caused by the original builder of our fireplace .they explained the problems to us and gave us a safe and code correct install. When my wife and I decided to convert our natural wood burning fireplace to natural gas we visited the showroom at Burlington Fireplace and were quite impressed with the variety of fireplaces to choose from. From the staff at the showroom all the way through the process of the installation, we were very impressed with the professional attitude of all of the workers. The installers, Ricky and Luke, who did the actual installation were excellent to work with and explained all of the steps that needed to be taken to complete the conversion. The electricians from Diamond Electric were also wonderful to deal with and did an outstanding job. Communication was never a problem and were received notification several days before and the day of the installation as to their arrival. Bottom line: We would highly recommend Burlington Fireplace.

This was an \over the top\ experience from the time Rick came out to do the estimate through installation. I am very please with my choice, and just love it! Both Brent and Matt were excellent techs, and took less time than I expected to do the install. Brent showed me where changes were made to my existing electrical and gas lines, and totally explained the remote for the fireplace. I would recommend Burlington Fireplace to anyone looking to convert a wood burning fireplace to gas, or installing a fireplace for the first time. I feel confident that if I have questions or need support, I would be able to call Burlington Fireplace and get answers.
