Priscilla was our salesperson, and she did a great job leading us through the design process. She was great about giving us all the options we had, and not overselling us. We are very please with the end result .... it will add a lot to the value of the home, but also, it is great to have for us, right now. What an upgrade.

California Closets did a great job of revamping my walk-in closet so it is now so much more useful and fits all my needs, as well as another closet that was underutilized. They were professional and designed my new closets on a computer right in site, and the installation was fairly quick and painless. I had some skirt hangars that failed to arrive, and they fixed the error promptly with no problem.

I wish i could personally give this company an even worse rating. I worked with a closet designer names Brittany, and we designed my pantry, but it was never installed completely. We had issue after issue with it, and her manger also got involved and promised a 10% discount on the project. Fast forward, the project was never completed to scope, and I was charged the full price. I would NEVER work with them again, which is huge coming from me since I have already did 70% of the closets in my house and now I am trying to find a new company.

Went to Burlington Mass to check out in person your offerings. Sales person let me browse without being in my face. Local rep came on site, answered all questions with some suggestions. Installation as scheduled, cleaned up after themself. Everything I asked for, on time. Who could ask for more!
