I have purchased two sets of tires over the past six months at this store and had excellent service on both visits. The second visit I encountered a small problem and manager Jeremiah Hagen stepped in and immediately fixed the problem and went far and above to ensure I was happy. He clearly works hard to teach his employees good customer service. I am in AZ now and have been in two different Discount Tires and I am disappointed to say their service is no where near the level of his store. I will definitely buy tires from Jeramiah in the future. Keep up the good work and thank you Jeremiah.

We were traveling through town to cross the mountains. The guys who helped us were very polite and answered all of our questions. We were there during a rush, but they were very fast and friendly. Recommend if you are in the area.
I went into the Mount Vernon store knowing that I needed a tire pressure sensor for which I had been quoted at 60.00 . This seemed like a bargain to me as the local Chevy dealer wanted 120.00 for the same item. As the technician was checking the air pressure in all of the tires, he noticed that the two tires on the right side of the car had side wall damage. This did not make me happy as I had just purchased four new tires for my Tahoe and four new tires for our travel trailer in May 2021, The technician checked and they had two of the same tires in stock and told me that they would put them on for me, and would cover the cost. WOW! That's service and taking care of your customer. You bet I'll be back. Thanks Discount Tire.
We had amazing service from all! We hit a rock while travelling and they made sure we were on the road again. They squeezed us in and even had the oddball sized tires our car takes. Every employee seemed to love their job and truly focus on customer service. All took pride in their craftsmanship. We were impressed and grateful for the help. They recognized we drove in on a spare with out of state license plates and turned out day around. Kudos
Had reasonbly priced tires; and they have good COVID mitigation protocols in plce. In and out quickly, with an appointment.
