I've used Firehouse for many years now. They have competitive oil pricing, speedy delivery and outstanding customer service, not to mention fantastic service technicians. On a chilly December afternoon, I lost heat in one of my zones. Before I could blink, Dave was in front of my furnace diagnosing the issue. He was able to call in a favor to get the replacement part that night as the store that had it was closed. Dave had my heat restored right as the chilly night was settling in, but I was warm again inside. Don't hesitate to give these good folks your business. You won't be disappointed.

I will never use this company again. We had them clean our furnace and the guy stained our carpet! It took a while, but they finally sent someone to professionally clean it. The stain didn't come out and I have tried for months to have them resolve this issue. I caution you not to use them because they are very unprofessional and don't care about their customers! It looks like I will have to take them to court to resolve this issue. What a shame!

recommend this company! They go out of their way to not rush jobs and the guys explain to you what may be wrong or recommend what you may need down the road but never pressure you to have to get something done that can wait . Always a smile and very personable they take care of their customers wether it’s a quick call a delivery a repair you name it. Firehouse is the BEST! They’re not just only knowledgeable but their customer service skills are on point! That’s rare in today’s world but Bob and his team from in-house to the field always a pleasure to speak to and they get the job done!! I can not say enough good things!
I have been a paying customer of B&B fuel for many years now and was mortified at how disrespectfully John spoke to me upon delivery of my oil. He was unprofessional and extremely unfriendly belittling me when I asked if he had change for a 20 which he refused so I was forced to give him a 16 tip despite his attitude. He threatened to no longer deliver oil to me because I had small patches of left over snow on my driveway (98% of it was plowed away and then melted away) even though he had no difficulty getting in or out of the driveway. He then proceeded to threaten me saying “if I hit something on the way out that’s on you” making me feel as though he was going to purposely crash into something out of spite. He was so aggressive, as a young woman I felt unsafe with him there on my property and will be filing a formal complaint about this man’s mistreatment of his customers as well.
