Amazing customer service here despite covid times! You need an appointment to go in and I did not know that, and I needed my wedding band sautered to my engagement ring before the big day which was 8 days out and they got me right in and made it work like magic!!!

Worst place ever to buy jeweler from!! No 1 ever knows what's going on and seems like too many hands are in the pot. My rings need inspection and cleaning so prior to heading to the store I check what time they close. Once I get there a sign says by appointments only. I call and the response I get 25 minutes prior to closing is that they are closing soon and they are busy. I told the girl to just forget it. I will never buy jewelry from them and I've spent thousands with them over the years.
