I went in to get some purple flowers. They did have what I needed and appeared to have a lot of other craft and sewing needs, but the vibe of the store left something to be desired. The store could use some updating. It feels like it could use a good clean and maybe new / different lighting or paint. But the cashier was helpful and even let me know there was a coupon I could access and use, which I really appreciated.

I love this store but it's old. They need to update the front doors which are very heavy and not handicap accessible. Trying to open a heavy door with a service dog trying to maneuver coming in she hurt her foot. The owner needs to remedy this handicap access should be for ALL!

Staff is sort of helpful it depends on who you deal with. I think their curbside is awful. They are 3 weeks behind. On the website they do not even state they are open but have curbside warning just go to store and buy item. I got charged for items I bought at the store still finally got charged removed from my account that I purchased online for curbside. They tell you they cancel order and won’t charge you but it’s a lie. Otherwise I love the store and it’s products. If you go to Nashua or Seabrook they are not backlogged.
