Way over priced. We have had the same maint service (fuel filter replacement) done all over the US and they are the highest we have ever paid. By at least 100. The service guy Bryan was great but the teck that worked on our truck and rotated the tires did not change the tires off the rims like you should on a Dually. He put tires that were split at the rim on the steer tire position and failed to let us know they needed to be replaced. We haul a 53 foot trailer with heavy loads and if one of those had blown it could have been deadly. So we now had to pay 150 extra to have a tire service come to a truck stop and replace the 2 now Steer tires. The Service Mgr took 2 or so hoirs to call us back and my husband was out with the tire guy getting the 2 new tires put on. And if we would have waited for that call we would have had to pay an after hours fee.

I recently had to have my vehicle in to be serviced and cannot express enough how helpful, kind and Informative Brian Swanson in the service department was to deal with. We also had a personal call from Mike M. Our mechanic fixing our car which is a really nice touch you don't always get these days. These guys went above an beyond to answer all my questions and explain things to the best of their ability and in layman's terms. We will definitely be back soon! Thanks Karmart Chrysler Jeep Dodge for having decent employees!!

Part came in earlier than expected and I was able to get my vehicle in when it worked best for me. Warranty job so the dealer also provided a loaner. Work done way faster than I expected. Nice job from the service desk with Brian to the mechanics who did the work.
