First and last time visiting this location. I was rather unimpressed. Many items were out of stock, prices were high even with discount coupons and employees were not attentive to customer needs. Parking was adequate and social distancing markers were visible near checkout. I wouldn’t personally recommend this location; however, i might have visited on a “bad” day. I hope that to be the case. Depending on your needs, they may be ok but definitely won’t give the “Wow” factor in a positive way.

Framing department manager NAILED THIS project from the moment she asked to help me. FABULOUS customer service comes from the heart - not from the moment someone punches a time clock. These people raise their OWN bar and if a company is smart they keep employees just like this manager at the top as a good example for others to model after. Good job, wasn't cheap but the quality PLUS experience didn't make my credit card blink.

Xade Wash

Although I love this store and its wide variety of items, I do wish they wouldn't have spread their Christmas merchandise all over the store. Whilst I got up to the cashier to pay for the selection of things chosen, my partner saw another area consisting of Christmas items including lights which we were also looking for. Unfortunately, I had already checked out and we needed to leave.
