This was hands down the best experience I've had with a cigar wholesaler. They shipped the cigars in 3/4 days, and the prices were 20-30 cheaper a box than other wholesalers I've been using. I was 100% scpetical because the prices were so good, but I am glad I went with Santa Clara and won't be changing any time soon. Trust me, I am a liquor/cigar retailer who was very skeptical about this website, but they knocked it out of the park! They also have monthly specials that get you free goods which is just added value to you. I highly recommend using them for all your cigar needs.

There website says if you order before 3pm your order will be shipped that day. It has been 2 days and still waiting for it to ship. Everything on my order is in stock so not sure why the delay. Ordered from another wholesaler at the same time and my order is already out for delivery. No excuse for this.
have been working with Santa Clara for a couple of years now and I can't believe how below uncapable the customer service team has become. I was lied so many times I lost count. I have been charged for an order, half of a month later the order is still missing and nobody there is capable of resolving the issue. What is worst they said they can't refund me and that I have to reject the order when it gets here so they get it back and then process the refund. ARE YOU SERIOUS?? what order?? it have been missing for half of a month now. I received excuse after excuse lie after lie about this. To make things even worst, I asked for the upper management information and they guy gave me a false/incorrect email email so I can't contact the person. I could possibly be losing a couple very important customers because of this but nothing gets resolved. Unbelievable the amount of excuses.
I recently started working with this company and had an issue with some administrative problems with the website. I found the sales managers email on here after receiving little help from the 1 800 customer salesperson however the sales manager was a very helpful and got everything taken care of a few minutes! what state has a great selection of cigars and I'm glad I was able to work everything out with them to continue to do business.
I personally have spoke to every person working there and all have been outstanding! They almost feel like family. If there is a wrong item sent they fix asap (and it happens..I haven't met a perfect human yet) My orders arrive quickly. They are #1 on my list for ordering and have been for many years. : )
They claim to have shipped your goods when it's still at their warehouse. Alan Rubin the most dishonest out of them all will give you attitude like he's about to jump out of the phone and fight you with foul languages, curse words and all. The owner needs to find a better supervisor if he needs NOT to go out of business.
