My husband and I are PCSing and renting our house out in WA. After thinking about how much money we'd spend on a storage unit, because we had to downsize for our new location. My boss suggested a shipping container. From start to finish, Simple Box was amazing!! Sherri reached out the next day, after I inquired about a box. She told me the pros and cons about a 10-foot versus a 20-foot. Also, she had me take photos where it was going to be delivered, to make sure their delivery guy could make it work. Once ordered, billing reached out to take my payment and in one week they delivered our box. Lee, who delivered our box, was super cool and he's a magician with his truck; because he placed the Box exactly where we wanted it, despite power lines, tree branches and the odd angle it needed to be placed. 5 stars across the board!! I HIGHLY recommend!!!

I bought a 20' one trip container. They were able to show me the container before purchase, and accomodate my need to haul it myself on my own trailer. In all, an easy transaction.
Was looking to order a shipping container for a move; Sherri was super helpful and friendly, and able to provide me with what I was looking for at a good price. Additionally, the Dispatcher was helpful, and the delivery driver was on time and positioned the container right where I asked him to. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a simple and efficient way to get their things moved.

So far I've had limited contact with this company but it has been very positive and I'm looking forward to working with them.
Excellent service at every step. We sold a fourplex and needed storage for our household goods quickly -- closing was in a few days and we needed to literally clean house. But we didn't have time to clear out the site where we wanted the box to go. So Simple Box let us leave our box at their Burlington yard while loading it, then they delivered it after we got the site next to hour house ready. Big shout out to Denita, Lee, Taylor, Celeste and especially to Sherri -- who answered all our questions and solved every problem that came up and to Derrick -- who came to our place first and advised us in getting our site ready for the box and then delivered it in pretty close quarters and right on a dime. Excellent team and top notch service. Thanks again for working with us to make this happen!
I bought a container from them on short notice, they were super helpful and friendly. I would have given them 5 stars, but the driver did not wear a mask. :( Otherwise the service was perfect! I would use them again, for sure
