Had an excellent service visit at Burlington Kia this morning. Timeliness, they took me 20 minutes before my scheduled time. Thank you. Cleanliness, the dealership and service area and lobby area and the whole place was spotless. Very nice! Friendliness the staff who took care of me, sorry I did not write her name down, in the service department was a very friendly, professional, competent, efficient worker. Was great dealing with her. Thank you to her sorry to have to leave this dealership for service in the future, as I moved and now Burlington Kia is over 50 miles away from where I live. Thanks for the outstanding 1 and 1/2 years of service.

Our experience today with the service department was truly a great and professional one. Starting with the first person we spoke with at the service desk who was very professional and friendly and appeared to be quite knowledgeable. She made us feel welcomed and very intend on taking care of our needs. Thank You. What ever you are paying her she deserves more.
Burlington Kia is a wonderful dealership. My experience with getting a new vehicle was very positive and easy! Mr. Gary Abrams was incredibly helpful and attentive to any questions or needs.
