I was calling to check quotes for small business insurance and I was met excellent customer service by Jessi and even before I spoke with her I spoke with Janet and Abby. Everyone was friendly and professional. However Jessi handled my account and all the questions I had and there was a lot because I am starting my own small business and Jessi was responsive and patient with me and she really knew her stuff! Very informative and was happy to educate me on what I needed to know and worked diligently to get me a quote in a timely manner. I strongly recommend Trustpoint insurance.

This review is being written in consideration of the support I have received from Kimberly Skillman Robrahn at TrustPoint Insurance. I serve as the treasurer of the Kansas Council of Genealogical Societies. KCGS is an organization whose members live all across Kansas. The organization meets only 4 times per year. As a result, my ability to obtain concurrence for business transactions can be a slow struggle. Kimberly entered this circumstance with patience and professionalism. She provided the estimates for coverage I requested in an expeditious manner. The documents clearly described the extent of coverage and policy premiums. Unfortunately my organization was so slow to approve implementation of the estimates, Kimberly was forced to revise and reissue the estimate. Again Kimberly acted with patience and professionalism which finally lead to my organization's purchase of coverage through Trust Point Kimberly clearly provides value added abilities at Trust Point. I appreciate her and her support to meet my insurance needs.
