Your company is very dishonest, you scam hard working customers out of their money, customers purchase their tickets then when time come to cancel you dont cancel or refund, when customers decide to reschedule you give them a bogus number that no one answers, the restrooms on the bus is never clean with bad odors how do you expect to continue treating your customers like this and not do anything about your company needs to be put OUT OF SERVICE until you revamp your company's courtesy

Bus never came had to buy a plane ticket to make it home in time for a funeral. Waited over 4 hrs not sure if was coming so paid taxi to take me to airport. Save money buy plane ticket in advance.

I wouldn't even give this one star. The smell was absolutely atrocious!!! Smelt like pee. Half the seats are broken amd do not recline at all. Would not recommend to anybody!!!!
Don't bother calling.. the New York office will pick up and hang right up on you.. they clearly don't want to be bothered. the North Carolina office will simply not answer.
I had a 5:30AM trip from Raleigh to Wilmington NC. I had been standing at the stop in the cold rain since 5AM. At 5:40 the bus still hadn’t arrived, so I called them. The operator said the bus had forgotten about the stop in Raleigh and had driven past, and there was no way they could turn around. Not guaranteed a refund either. Don’t be cheap, just get a Greyhound. Even better, just crabwalk your way to wherever you need to go before buying a ticket with this place.
SEATING ARRANGEMENT IS APPALLING THEY LET EVERYBODY SCATTER AND WHEN YOU ASK FOR YOUR SEAT YOU HAVE A PROBLEM GETTING IT PEOPLE WANT TO ARGUE WITH YOU ABOUT YOUR SEAT YOU PAY FOR WHY NUMBER TO TICKETS IF YOU NOT GOING TO GET THE SEATING THE BATHROOMS ARE NASTY IN THE PHONE PORT DON'T WORK AND THE INTERNET IS LOUSY MY SUGGESTION IS PAY A LITTLE EXTRA MONEY AND GO ON OTHER TRANSPORTATION LIKE GREYHOUND AMTRAK OR JUST FLY
Great company. Don't expect to get first class coach for 60 or even less. And no one will drive you for 500 miles for 60. But you'll get much more. Buses, departing on time, on the minute! Drivers are super experienced. If the bus is not full, you'll get two seats by default! They are also reliable and honest and give best service: I forgot a package in the bus last week, and immediately after I dropped off, i called the office. they moved half the company to find the package and return it back to me.
