Friendliest and most helpful employees I've encountered anywhere in a long time

Decent store, but there's one older employee who walks around and acts as cashier without ever wearing her mask except for around her neck. Today she was right under a sign that said they were committed to the health of customers and employees and so asked everyone to wear a mask.

I ordered and purchased 2x4’s online for a job I im doing in Burnet Tx. I went to return the 2x4s because we didn’t use them after all with my emailed receipt and they told me I could not return the materials without a paper receipt. I asked why and showed them my email receipt. They said “we can’t return them because you could return items more than once that way.” I have no idea what that means. So now I’m stuck with 450 worth of materials because they won’t use my emailed receipt. This makes no sense at all. If you are a Manager at this location feel free to reach out to me and I’ll give you some feedback. So this place is a thumbs down for me.

This place is great! I am a local resident and shop here regularly. Staff has a lot more knowledge than your run of the mill big box store and are friendly. Awesome outdoor lumber yard. Support your local hardware store. Prices are generally competitive, sometimes even cheaper, than Lowe’s or Home Depot.
