I bought my first brand new car from here with the help of Janelle, in august of 2020, and left a five star review because the process was great. Two months later, that car was totaled thanks to a negligent driver. In November, I went back and Chris and Reggie were able to get me in the same car, one model year newer, for the same price as the one I had gotten August. So once again, I was impressed! This new vehicle, after having driven it for a couple of months began to have transmission issues. I took it to a Kia dealership that’s a bit closer to me to get it checked out. They told me it had no problems, and was a fluke. Well, cut to February and my transmission blew completely and was stranded in Chicago. After getting the run around from dealerships that it was closest to, I finally got it towed back to Bosak for help. Jim helped me so much when other people within the same company wouldn’t. He set me up in a loaner car, confirmed it was my transmission, and now my car will be up and running again. I can’t thank him enough for being the only person willing to help me get my car back on the road. This dealership is amazing, and when my faith in Kia was declining due to the reluctance of other Kia dealerships to help me, Jim really stepped in and made everything right. From now on, my car is only coming here for service because the customer service here is impeccable.

I bought my Kia Forte here, brand new in 2016. I had excellent customer service, never pressured and never disrespected. Unfortunately, I was in car accident in October and they totaled my Forte. I loved that car!! Because of the great customer service and with the help of Jim, the service manager over the years, is the reason I came back and bought a 2021 K5 Gt. This car rocks and Reginald was a great help to get me back in a Kia. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a great car, great deals and great customer service! After having a not so pleasant experience at a different Kia dealer, Bosak Kia made sure we had a great experience. All of the staff was very friendly, accommodating and in my option went the extra mile. Dakota in sales was very easy going and knowledgeable, Zach in finance ensured everything was facilitated as painless as possible. The young lady that helped us finalize all paperwork was quick, confident and explained everything thoroughly.
