Stellar park all around. We cannot wait to go back and finish exploring the rest of it. It is HUGE! Very rugged and beautiful nature views, but there are also so plenty of picnic areas for use by families, (restrooms are closed due to the lockdown, though.) some bench swings and plenty of boat ramps. So many great natural hiking trails. Great park experience and still close to Nashville. A We will definitely be back.

Huge place with lots of things other than camping. Lots of trails for hiking. Highly recommend the restaurant--outdoor seating available to be covid-safe. Campground was adequate. Lots with creek running behind them are extra nice. Tent sites don't look good though. We would come again!

Beautiful state park with lots of amenities. We have a 43' fifth wheel and it is difficult to find state parks that can accommodate us. The roads are a little narrow in the campground and it takes a little work to get a 40 rig into your site, but once you're in it's a very nice campground. Lots of trees, trails, laundry, fire pits, full hook ups, and a decent price. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time! It was easy to find and easy to set up. Parking our camper was simple (back-in), but there were some really poor sites that we fortunately had avoided. One guy had the front of his camper almost shoulder high due to the incredibly odd angle of his site. I would definitely call and ask about your selected campsite. Campers aren't permitted to use the facilities at the Lodge which is oddly immaculate, like almost too clean. I'd wager some high-profile folks use this venue. There should be a small charge you could add which allows the use of pool/beach to campers. This is a state park after all, and I really don't see why you'd cut off access to some citizens.

Some really nice sites for longer RVs. Lots to do at the park like hiking, golfing, fishing and boating. The lodge is beautiful too.
