I have rented various size units here for almost 6 years, on and off, depending on my needs. They are very clean and dry, and the least expensive not only in this area, but miles around. There are other storage facilities in the area. I went to one of the newer ones, thinking for some reason they would be better. I was thinking newer equals better in some way. That was a big mistake. Yikes. Not saying more right now. I came right back to Burns Self Storage. And I was so relieved to see the usual, clean, very clean, well kept, dry units at Burns. Now as for the personnel and customer service: I am writing this review because of the excellent service I have gotten recently from Jeannie. She goes above and beyond to make sure you understand how all this works, and that if you have any issues, just come right back to the office and you will be helped. In fact, Jeannie came by and made sure I was doing okay with my new unit. It was so hot today and I really appreciated her coming out to check on me. The manager Karen is very good also, and Jeannie went way above and beyond to help me today. Another feature that is important, the two locations I've used are entirely fenced, and there is an electronic gate with a pin number just for you. They have cameras for further security. In short, these are clean, modern units with fantastic customer service and great prices in convenient locations.

Excellent facility, staff & management...very helpful throughout the entire process. They will beat all other pricing, just ask. I recommend them to all my friends. A and thumbs UP !!

Great price and great service. The management is awesome to deal with. I started out with a 5x10 and just moved up to a 10x30 at a different location a few miles down the road. I have never had a pest or water issue in either units.

This is the 2nd time that I have rented a storage unit from Burns Storage Climate Controlled Units! Mrs. Jeannie is always so nice and very knowledgeable about what they offer and what they have available. She even stayed 20 mins after closing to ensure that I understood everything and that I was comfortable with my decision on the size of the unit I was choosing! I’ve always had a great experience every time I use this company and the prices are very competitive! I highly recommend Burns Storage!!
