Dave has been to my house three times to clean our carpets over that last few years. He's done an amazing job on our carpets and has gotten some pretty difficult pet odors and stains out of the carpets. I recommend his services if you're looking for a well informed and well performing floor cleaning experience.

Dave cleaned my apartment's carpet. I contacted him through his website. He did a perfect job. My carpet gets a brand new look and it smells fresh. Super professional and nice. If you want your carpet cleaned, he's the one to go.
Read his online deals carefully. Very knowledgeable but didnt deliver on his promise in my opinion. I wasn't satisfied with my cleaning experience and although he said he would come back and fix it his 100% satisfaction guarantee apparently didn't cover his overhead. That's not what I understood a guarantee to mean, honestly although I can appreciate that all carpet cleaning is expensive and I would have been better off just replacing it, I still feel a little mislead. He was heard to say 'no one gets white carpets cleaner than me'. A day later the stain was still there. I suppose that kind of deep cleaning isn't covered in the service I paid for. I suggest receiving a consultation before working with Dave to know just what and what won't be covered. Not sure that I'm much better off than renting a rug doctor at the hardware store. Although I was cordial and understanding I feel like Dave had an excuse for everything. I know its important to value your own time but he felt a bit defensive to me. He was accommodating to my situation and let me borrow his fan to dry out the basement. Not without his merits but customer service was lacking. Buyer beware
Bob's review of Dave's work: Dave did a very good job. He gave me a heads-up when he was leaving the job prior to ours, to avoid having to wait around for him to arrive. Was ready to get the job going shortly after arrival, explained his process and showed the progress while he was cleaning. When I talked with Dave prior to scheduling, he recommended that I purchase the on-line coupon after he looked at our job. He did have other packages that I wished we could have taken advantage of but, it just didn't work out on our end. We ended up using his 139.00 for Three (3) Rooms \SPECIAL\ and it was an extremely good value for the service that he provided. The end result was remarkable; it was a pleasant experience and the work performed was done in a very timely manner. Would highly recommend his service. Dave is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. He works hard and is always researching new and better methods. We had him clean all our carpets as well as clean and seal our garage floor and patio.
