I had an amazing experience with the sales woman Amy M. She was very knowledgeable And helped me pick out a few wedding bands that matched my engagement ring since the Wedding band I was originally going to get they no longer made. Amy was very helpful and attentive and listened to what I was looking for and gave me her honest opinion and I did not feel like she was trying hard to sell me but really cared about what I wanted. I never felt rushed and she took time to show me different styles. My husband and I will be back to pick out one of the wedding bands Amy helped me pick out and I hope to see her again when I do. Thank you, Amy M for your amazing service!

I went in to get a ring re sized and the guy took my old ring that fit and compared it to the ring I needed resized and insisted I didnt need to try on the finger size things. Which I wanted to do and I got my ring back and it's way to small. Not happy. As I live over a hour away and I called the lady and they said they will call me back. Like ok? Wow.

I was greeted by Amy, we didn't know it was by appointment, however she found time for us to clean and inspect My jewelery, she then helped me out for a gift for my birthday! absolutely loved her attitude and how good of an eye she has. I also saw how the rest of team loved helping out as well.. Thank You so much guys for your help!!

I was very disappointed in the customer service both onsite and over the phone. We had gone in for a replacement watch band and spent 45 minutes waiting for their manager to get details and ended up leaving with them saying they'd call us when they knew more. Knowing it was a weekend, we granted grace in figuring we'd hear the following week after they talked to Tag Heuer. Not hearing anything in a week, I called to get the details and price info. We went to a different jeweler. A week AFTER that, we finally heard from Jared; they left a voice mail. They quoted us 30 more for the exact same band. I called back to ask questions and the person who answered the phone said it wasn't in his job description and told me to call back in 2 days to talk to the assistant manager.

I have not been in a more welcoming and friendly jewelry store!! John made me feel like family and was over the top when trying to help me with my earrings. I highly recommend Jared but recommend this store location as well!
