Bought this Surface Pro 3 yesterday for an amazing deal. Came with charger plus keypad, mint condition. This is not the first time we have been here, a year or two ago we first discovered this location and bought a laptop and several tablets (gotta keep those kids busy). Always wonderful customer service compared to other Pawn America’s. No one has ever ignored our questions or given rude looks, great staff. Customer service is really top notch, always helping with anything they can. We live an hour and half away north and drive past many other Pawn America’s but always choose this one because excellence is worth the drive. Never had any issues with devices or products, they stand by their word. Thanks to Gabriel and Pat for making this trip awesome, once again! Definitely recommend THIS location! Picture of Surface Pro 3 (we always reset again just to make sure! Keyboard is currently detached) and the laptop we purchased almost two years ago, still going strong.

I bless them all, but the staff here cannot help you as they have no idea what they're talking about. Like, you will pay full price for used products 90% of the time, which means, you should only shop here if you're looking for junk and aren't sure if ppl sell it anymore.

So eetting a loan here at Pawn America was the smoothest experience that I have had with getting a loan which really helped me out in a time of need. Patrick was excellent and knowledgeable on the item being used for the loan. He was fair on pricing and made me feel comfortable knowing my item is in good hands until it gets picked up by me down the road.
