I found a stray cat some time ago and, not having pets of my own, decided to go to Petco to figure out my options. Everyone was super kind to me, gave a free consult to scan the cat for a chip (none found) and then provided some options for initial care. There was/is a subscription/plan thing for continued pet care that I wasn't interested in right away but I felt a bit pushed to sign up for it (which I didn't) - hence one star off. Otherwise I love this place and will definitely return for any pet needs and supplies :)

My dog has literally never received a worse haircut. I’m honestly astounded that someone could mess up this bad. It makes me think that maybe the employees just genuinely don’t care.

I love this location! This is the only one we go to just because it's closer to our house. I feel like I can trust the products and the animals we purchase. I had purchased a Sun conure in 2014 and I have had no issues with her! I love how they test their animals for specific illness's as well. But we bought toys on this trip.

Everything is stocked and well kept. The animals look like some of the more taken care of ones I've seen at a petco. The manager is very friendly and the staff is always polite and helpful. I have been here many times and have yet to have a bad experience. The prices in the store are not the greatest, but if you order online and pickup they have been great. I recommend doing a little price checking before coming here. Otherwise, if you're looking for advice and friendly service, stop on by.
