Wonderful property safe secure and comfortable. The building is well maintained, clean and convenient. Parking is in an underground heated garage and you are close to everything!!! We moved our son here from across the country for an internship. A January relocation by a Texan to Minnesota was flawless with the help of Sarah and the other staff at Provence. My son rented the apartment having never been to Minnesota. The location is perfect within a mile of everything he could possibly need. I cannot thank Sarah And the rest of the staff at Provence enough for a job well done. Provence Is a great choice for convenience and comfort in Burnsville Minnesota. 5 Stars They are Minnesota Nice to the Max. Thanks again

I am a VERY picky individual, and I must say I LOVE Provence. The staff are so clean, neat, informative and understanding. I love a clean and smell free building and they definitely deliver. The only thing I do NOT like is that, I HAVE to have wifi. I'm sure they have some kind of contract with Xfinity. I hate that I have to pay my phone bill on top of having to pay for wifi because I barely get any service in my apartment/in the building at all. That part of it is frustrating for sure. The apartments are a bit pricey but it is worth it for all that they do and the proper upkeep of the building.
I lived here from 2015-2016. It is my favorite apartment to date. I loved the design of the apartments, large windows and kitchen. The office staff was amazing and it was a very quiet area to live in. I live out of state now but I wish I could take that apartment with me :)
All maintenance issues that arise at Provence Apartments are immediately addressed by the Staff! Having lived here for over six years, there have been very few issues requiring attention. The most recent item requiring minor attention was the adjustment of a squeaky sliding patio screen door. From the time of calling in the trouble report to completion notice was less than an hour! Frank, one of the staff knocked and announced his presence prior to entering my home. He asked if completing the screen door repair would be an interruption to me while I was working on the computer? His time opening and closing the sliding door was short and the squeak disappeared in a few short motions! Frank left no mess, checked the larger insulated door for proper closure and thanked me for my time while he repaired the screen door. The repair staff is a major reason why I have remained leasing at Provence Apartments for these past six years and intend to continue on! The complex is clean, quiet and great underground parking is a valued feature during these coming winter months. The best leasing choice I every made over the past twenty years for my situation!
Enjoyed the tour very much & are seriously considering these apartments when ready to move. We found the apartment building well maintained & beautiful. The grounds were beautiful as well. Good location & the host was most helpful & courteous! We'll keep in touch & hopefully become a future resident!
