They were able to send someone out within a few hours of me calling. The person was there right at the start of the window given and inspected our garage door to let us know what was causing our current issue as well as other things we would want to fix in the future and why. He was not pushy at all and wrote up an itemized quote with everything we'd discussed. We chose what we wanted to do that day and he immediately got to work and finished everything up in about an hour. He also wore a mask and kept a safe distance when going over everything which was very appreciated. I definitely will be calling them in the future to work on some of the other items on our list he emailed us.

Kind of a hardly getting in and put of this industrial mall...only accessible from one direction on 42...but, friendly help, good advice and decent prices...so if go back when I need to.
I don't always take time to review but the service with Reliable was so awesome, I wanted others to know. A torsion spring broke on my garage door. It's not something to be approached in a haphazard manner but I was able to do the repair. Reliable had the springs and very kindly ran them out to me for nothing more than the cost of the torsion springs which were also competitively priced. From the initial call with Amber to Kara who coordinated to swing the field tech by with the springs, they all handled themselves very professionally, pleasantly, and efficiently. Once at the house, Justin showed genuine concern that I knew how to go about it safely and offered up an extra tip or two that he has found works well for him as a technician. I've now found my one and only go to garage door company. I very highly recommend to all my family and friends or anyone in need of these services. They won't disappoint and it's not surprising they are 5 star rated! Thank you Reliable!!!
I was very pleased with the service. Our tech was Chuck Nichols and he was very pleasant to work with and did excellent and timely work. The temp was about 10 degrees but Chuck didn't complain at all. Our door broke on a Friday evening and it was fixed by Saturday noon. The operation of the door is improved and very smooth. I recommend Reliable to anyone needing garage door repair or replacement.
Our spring broke for our garage door (yesterday) and Reliable is definitely reliable. I called 3 companies for estimates and this company not only had a great technician (Dalton), but the receptionist was very pleasant, welcoming, and understanding. Dalton was at our home within 2 hours of our call and completed the work in less than an hour for a great price. He was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We received a Military discount and a FREE tune up (which is annual), as well. Love the story of how Scott started this company......at age 18! As a Realtor, this company is my #1 'go to' for garage door repair and sales! THANKS, DALTON! JOB WELL DONE!!
