I can't say enough about Nick!! His crew did a wonderful job on our home. His customer service was above and beyond fantastic. I am hiring him complete another job because I was so happy with the quality of his work, promptness and level of customer service!! Highly recommend!!

1 star only because there is no zero star option. Will never use or recommend this company - dealt with extreme unprofessionalism after dealing with a traumatic flood and loss of entire finished basement. Mitigation crew head (Miguel) was careless (clothes and other unsalvagable belongings in the dirty water on the floor plus damage to other things) along with rude and disrespectful communication towards us. I was told the first thing that would be done was our belongings would be wrapped in plastic and removed from the affected area to ensure they were not further damaged, but all that was done was everything was stockpiled into the middle of the basement and then he had the audacity to tell us that there was no room for him to work. When I went to check-in on progress at one point, I found opened beer cans (photos attached) in our home while the crew was on the job which I have never seen in 40 years of being in this home (having many crews of various expertise working in our home)and is extremely unprofessional. The ONLY pleasant experience was day 2 with two college kids (Mike and Mario) who were professional and courteous and actually took appropriate care of the belongings that remained. The only reason we went with this company was because of the overflow of calls to everyone bc of flash flood damage in the area and we had already been waiting 3 days to hear back from 3 other companies. They were the first to come out and we were desperate. Told Nick all these things in person before they left. In business, it’s not the work that is done is not what is remembered, but it’s how people are treated is what stays with them. Will not use them again. Do not recommend. Rest is up to you.

Nick and his crew did an amazing job in taking care of my flooded mess of a basement. It seemed that everyone was very knowledgeable about what went wrong and exactly what had to be done to fix the problem. Very happy I found PuroClean!

Nick made sure our questions were answered during the process, he was very knowledgeable, and made sure we understood the details of the service we were receiving.
