I've been buying BCI buildings since 2014. Last year I built 40 of their kits, both post frame and stick frame metal buildings. They are a reliable company that provides service after the sale. My inside salesman Dave N. takes care of my quotes and is a wealth of knowledge. At this point I feel like he is part of my team. Plus they have the best drivers that go above and beyond to deliver to us over here in the steep terrain of the Ozark mountains. Ozark Metal Buildings, Rogers, Arkansas.
This place is way out of the way for me. They have always had great customer service and very helpful. Worst part is the old process seems unorganized.
Good price on pole barn kits & supplies, but slow on customer service & quotes.
This place saved my children and I and then went above and beyond to see to our comfort when we sheltered here during a recent tornado scare. They welcomed us! Almost all of these sweet people gave up their very nice office chairs to let people taking shelter there sit in them. They offered my children donuts and keep them talking to keep their mind off of it! I can tell you that the people who work here are the salt of the earth, and these days that is a fantastic reason to do business with a company!
