My fiancee and I purchased a vehicle here with cash down and two trade in vehicles. We liked the sales representative, very friendly! We were a bit misled about how much we were getting for both of our vehicles, not cool! Then when I called and spoke to the sales manager he first began pointing the finger and telling me he didn't make the deal. I was like, WOW! Really dude!!! So I told him we should bring the car back since we had a few days to do so! I don't know if anything was said to him or not, but normally you would never speak to a customer like this. And there would be a follow up phone call from the general manager or someone about this. Nope nothing! Over all, the car is great! Seth did a great job besides not clearly explaining the ford sync, (otherwise we would have known not to purchase the sync services since it is free for 6 months) oh and the details with the paperwork!!!

The staff at Burt Paquin Ford is always helpful and friendly. My bill for redoing my brakes was nearly 700 but the service person tried to find some Ford coupons to help reduce the cost. Unfortunately there were none available, but he did try for me and I appreciated that.
Arden helped my sister get into a new car. We went in and told Arden what we were looking for. He fitted her with exactly what she needed. Arden assisted her with everything from the paper work to learning all the new features of her new car. He offered to answer any questions she might have at any time. She drove away with a full tank of gas. Arden gave us his full attention and the transaction was quick, smooth, professional and hassle free. Thank You Arden.
I bought my car at this dealership almost a year ago. I am very pleased with the service . it is prompt and professional. They listen to your concerns and follow up to make sure things are addressed. The waiting room or the ability to use a vehicle while waiting for service is great. The area is clean and coffee and tea are available\u003e
Our last visit was impromptu and you, Burt Paquin, got us in within a half hour in an emergency type situation. We wouldn't think of going anyplace else although there are other places closer to home. Thank you for the great service. It is worth it to us to have a dealer we know and trust.
Nothing went well. This was the worst experience I've ever had using a dealer maintenance shop. My car had a flat tire and since I have a tire warranty I had my car towed to Paquins. The next morning I called and told them to let me know when it was done and I had less than 100 miles due before my oil needed to be changed. So at 2:00 I called to check because I hadn't heard from them and Andrew advised me the oil change had been done- which I don't believe since they apparently can't order any parts and did not replace my sticker. He also advised that they could not replace my tire because they can't order any for at least a week and when I told him I need a rental then he completely refused. I ended up calling another Ford and they took very very good care of me. This service department is a sorry excuse for what Ford stands for and should be completely shut down. I will never ever recommend or bring my vehicle there again. What's the point of having a service department that can't do anything? The other Ford where my car went took immediate care of me getting a tow truck, servicing my vehicle and gave me a rental for how poorly I was treated at Paquins. My vehicle is completely under warranty and I should not have been refused a rental. This is a huge issue that needs to be addressed immediately.
I have been coming to Burt Paquin Dodge now for almost a year and the level of service and the respect they have for their customers is what convinced me to buy a new truck at Paquin's. Dave and Nate at the service are a great team and I would certainly recommend Jay in sales to any of my friends or family that may want to buy a new car.
The dealership is under new management and is greatly improving in customer service and product knowledge. I love my vehicle and I appreciated the courteous staff. If you've had a poor experience in the past, stop by and give them a chance to earn your business back!
