Love Avon and it just gets better by the years
The property is run down and the homes are even worse. Beyond what is acceptable for even \affordable living\. The minimum expected standard for living inside this park is clearly \zero\..., and.... if the residents ARE subject to ANY rules or regulations (outside of pay your rent), they clearly aren't enforced either. It's a free for all. If you have another option... and desparation isn't your motivation, look elsewhere.
It has a nice entrance, well lit and pretty plants. Some lots are small, but it appears to be well kept.
Moved in. Said they fixed the leak in my roof...and after a heavy rain my ceiling starts leaking again. They said they fixed it again and after another heavy rain my ceiling falls in. There is now water damage in my walls and a big chunck of ceiling missing with insulation hanging. They said they would fix it 3 days ago and all they have done is put up a tarp on my roof. Not to mention they left insulation and drywall for me to clean up after the first time they \fixed it\. And left paper all over my yard after the second time. Half the trailers in here should be condemned. Wont be staying long.
