This company is always prompt and pleasant. They have been supplying us with salt and softener service for years. They recently installed an additional filter in front of our softener to help keep the well water junk out of the softener. Knowledgable and pleasant to have in the house. Very good people.

Duane was at my home scheduled to replaced two Eco water filters. He replaced one, taught and supervised me while I replaced the second one. He was very patient and professional in performing his job. He's an asset to Eco Water System.
Dave the installer was great and system is working awesome now. Turns out I had high pressure and needed a reducer valve. They could have tested it before the install so I could have had it addressed but that wasn't shared until after they were done. The system sat unused for 2 weeks until after multiple calls to Nick the owner, buying the valve and signing a wavier they came out and installed it.
Excellent professional service.Polite and always willing to provide information upon my request. Very respectful of our household. I would recommend them to anyone in need of water filtration systems. The main office is so courteous no matter how many calls it takes to secure an appointment.
