This would have to be one of the best local water feature installing team! Andrew was swift, considerate, knowledgeable and responsive end-to-end. And Mike was all that, plus, very skilled at his artistry; passionate about his work, courteous, sweet and kind. Richard rocks, too! Mike and Richard never cut corners, slowed down in favor of excellence over just finishing the job, and followed through on all their commitments. We feel lucky to have worked with them. The feature they installed has become a highlight of our curb with numerous passersby routinely stopping to take pictures and adore the pond. Thank you, Andres, Richard and MIKE!!!

ARTISTRY: Came home to our completed projects earlier today: a natural stone wall around a grouping of trees AND a beautiful stream (including two waterfalls) alongside our entryway. When I spoke to Mike last week, he said he was looking forward to \blowing us away\ with these projects. I thought it was slightly dangerous to be setting the bar so high, yet when I walked up my driveway earlier today I was greeted by an amazing WORK OF ART. We are beyond pleased; blown away! I knew my wife would have a similar reaction and I caught that on video. I asked, \0 to 10?\ and she answered \Eleven!\ We can't stop gazing at it. And we're as excited to share it with our friends and family as we are to sit on our porch and soak it all in every chance we get. We are amazed at the attention to detail and thoughtfulness that makes it: 1) stunning from every possible angle, 2) balances textures both day and night, and 3) creates a look that is exactly like what you might find in nature. FRIENDLY, SKILLED PROFESSIONALS: The entire crew at Premier Ponds are nothing short of true artists. They guided us to make the best choices right from the start, brought amazing vision and passion to our yard, and did so with the perfect balance of professionalism, courtesy, and friendliness ... EVERYONE on the crew deserves major kudos. They also began and completed everything within the time promised. It just doesn't get any better than this. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We LOVE it and we appreciate you guys!
Premier Ponds put in a large pond for us four years ago. We enjoy the pond every day and wish we had not waited so long to get one. The owners and staff are very personable, creative and responsive. They made our experience inclusive and fun! Our pond was customized to fit our landscape and looks very natural. We love it!!! Our neighbors of all ages love to visit the pond, feed the fish, take pictures, etc. Two years ago, we had Premier Ponds install a basalt fountain in a front garden. The fountain lights up at night and we enjoy it all year round. In the winter, it has gorgeous ice formations. Thank you Steve, Andrew, Mike, TJ and Nick for helping us add these beautiful enhancements to our landscaping!
TJ who services our little pond is very knowledgeable : he identified a problem we had with our old pond which no other company was able to solve during the first half an hour of his visit. Premie Ponds reconstructed our water feature and it is superior in so many ways to our previous water feature. Premier Ponds which is family owned is a a great example what profesional should look like! Have plans to work with them on a yearly contract from now on! Best ratings I’ve given in any review !
Not \good quality\, but \GREAT\ quality. Our townhouse backyard is now a highlight in our daily life. The sound of the waterfall, the growth of our fish, the blooming water lily, our frogs. The whole scene draws us daily to enjoy the wonderful landscaped setting. Premier Ponds the best.
