Lousy customer service experience. Returned two items, one they sent was incorrect, the other I ended up not needing. Charged me a restocking fee of 25% for BOTH and tried to charge me return shipping for both as well. Salesperson Bob Learned was the opposite of accommodating. I guess these folks are used to dealing with school districts where money is no object. Will be shopping at Midwest Transit in the future. Have had much better luck with them.
