This bus is rarely on time. The majority of bus stops provide little to no protection from the elements- rain or sun,and some have no place to sit. Hopefully you aren't disabled otherwise you'll just have to suffer. Very poor service provided for the passengers who rely on this service to get about. Not even any usb charging ports,which on economically more challenged cities like Riverside & Long Beach provide their passengers on ALL THEIR BUSES INCLUDING WIFI SERVICE!!!! OCTA needs to address the concerns of its riders and thus will make everyone involved including THEIR MOST IMPORTANT PERSONS- THE SHAREHOLDERS, very happy.
