Now, let me start off by saying I have never been in the actual store. So I cannot speak to the physical store. What I have done is go to online store and that is what my review is of. I have ordered from the online store many times and got great trading cards. Now I gave it 3 stars strangely for 3 reasons. Number one, slow response time from the team or owners. Number two, the online store is dated, it is hard to use and not the easiest to navigate. Finally number 3, slow shipping speed. Even with those few things I will continue to order from them. I can recommend them, just not highly.
