No frills self defense, all female instructors who are all direct students of Japanese instructors, this is as traditional as Aikido gets! A hidden gem in Brooklyn!
Claire Sensei has trained with many of the top instructors in the world and has dedicated her life to sharing her Aikido. Aikido that is more realistic than the dance moves of others and not the bullying kind that you see from other instructors who's egos have taken over their Aikido.
