So happy with this IT firm, our network was down for several hours today, it happened few times for the last couple of months, our old IT company kept saying its the server. Finally Sam with Business Networks Technologies showed up and spotted the issue, one of our pcs had a virus ( a male-ware according to Sam) , and clogged our network. Sam first disconnected the infected pc from the network and fixed it. he's very knowledgeable, I saw his Microsoft and Cisco certifications as well , I feel more confident now. He then diagnosed the network to make sure our data backups work properly. Highly recommend this company ! Rachel.
