I've been going here off and on for 10 years, or more. I can't remember ever having any problems or complaints with them. The owners care about their business and it shows. It's always been clean and well kept. There's free wifi and the larger capacity washers and dryers are a plus as well. In my opinion this is the best laundry mat in Sevier County.
Got an error on my machine, clothes didn't wash, door locked, no attendant. Called, left a message... I can understand not having anyone in attendance all night but it's 4 in the afternoon...and when someone finally answered the phone she was very rude. I'll not be back and I certainly will tell everyone I know how poorly ran this place is!
Very clean and prices are not too bad
Very clean and dryers are very hot, don't use extra coins to get this dried.
