Love this place! I never know what I'm going to find. Usually, exactly what I'm looking for and then a bunch of other fun stuff too! They have a no return policy which is usually ok, unless you need to return something , so make sure you really want it, or don't mind spending the money, knowing your stuck with it, if you don't like it or it's not right for you. Good customer service otherwise. They workers are always eager to help, very polite, friendly and courteous. The lady at the checkout/cash register is great! The staff always either carries big stuff out for me or wheels it out on a dolly. I like that you can order online for in-store pick up, too.
I love this place. This was my 2nd visit and they had everything I needed along with great advice. It was very clean and I walked around for almost an hour just looking around. Their prices were better than online businesses.

I purchased two retail displays. They were delivered on time by two pleasant and professional young men. The units were cleaned and polished like new on delivery. I don't purchase anything before checking with BSI first. Knowledgeable, friendly, fair. What more can you ask of a supplier
This place is great for new and used store fixtures. They had all the gridwall items I needed in stock and were very helpful. They are in a huge old warehouse building and had room after room of great used and some new store and office items. It is immediately off the highway and easy to get to. I'm very glad I found this place and will be back.
