A large Butterick bulkheading barge currently on Mill Creek in Manahawkin is being driven carelessly by the operator At approximately 12:45 pm the operator ran into the dock at 95 Morton Drive on Mill Creek in Beach Haven West . He continued down Mill Creek swerving from one side to the other barely missing the boats at nearby docks. It appears he is incapable to handle the large barge. The Butterick company was notified of the problem.
