Played Lakeaide. A great value course with some excellent views. The 18th is a signature looking hole. The course is challenging, but plenty of chances to scores. Greens were in decent shape. Some bunkers were not playable.

My husband and I like golfing here on the weekends, but the pace is rather slow and the carts break down/lose power OFTEN. Just left there after playing 18 in 5 hours and saw a couple of guys pushing one cart with another all the way back. The course is in great shape and laid out really well, but it's a bit much that it takes so long just to play 18. Get the french fries at the turn if you is second!!
I wanted to really like this course. It is easy to play. It is picturesque. The staff members are quick to help golfers across the facility. However, bost golf courses are in need of an upgrade. There are tree piles all over the course. The fairways and greens are full of divots. The card paths are a mess. Hopefully, they will make some upgrades here.
Butler's was in great shape for early November. Greens rolled very nice and the balls were bouncing in the fairways!
