Found this place using Yelp and was not disappointed! The art in the building makes this place so interesting as it is with their unique sandwiches! I ordered the "ISIS Crisis" clubfoot and reminded me of a really good gyro but with a uniquely delicious soft bread like a burrito! Their Cucumber Dill or "Camel Spit" sauce was refreshing and paired well with that sandwich. Very friendly and patient service as well. Love this place and would highly recommend.

Food is great. But we placed and order, they said 20 minutes. So we show up 15 minutes later knowing we might wait a couple minutes. We waited 25 more minutes for 2 sandwiches.
So I was super excited to order and after reading the reviews was pleasantly surprised when the gal taking my order on the phone was very pleasant... I left a tip of around 30% of my bill because of it.. now I am left wondering why?? An hour later my food has not been delivered so I called and the lady on the phone was rude, lied to me about my wait time and then gave me excuse after excuse as to why it is t their fault that my food hasn’t been delivered. I ordered at 11:00 which is when they open and I ordered 1 sandwich.... nothing else. Very very disappointing. Especially when she said she is the manager.

Unique food. Lots of options. Great atmosphere. Would highly recommend! The standing taco sandwiches can be split in half as pictured. The So Crates salad was tasty as well.

Don’t degrade yourself by going to another other sandwich eatery! Staggering Ox is by far the best option you could choose for an amazing selection of fresh crisp vegis, delicious meat, and spoil yourself cheeses and sauces. Our Staggering Ox closed 8 years ago and to this day I’ll have a craving for The Rabbit Habit with no mushrooms that can’t be satisfied with any other inferior sandwich. But driving through Butte Mt I searched for a quick place to eat and to my excitement there was one! Oh sweet day! I can’t remember the last time I was so freakin excited to eat a sandwich and the delicious soul satisfying flavors did the trick. Stop what you are doing and go now!!!
I love Staggering Ox! The food is great and the delivery people are always so pleasant I did only rate it a four though because no matter what, every time I call to make an order the girls that answer are always curt and rude. They act as if my calling was an inconvenience to them. I’m sorry it’s just not good manners especially for a business I spend 30 dollars at every time I order.
