My doctor put in an electronic order for supplies over a month ago, and I still haven't received anything. I had to call a while ago to see what happened \u200d️, and they had no legitimate explanation, said they would re-process the order. Then, a few days ago, I got a call from someone saying they needed to verify some information but I was in an airport bathroom and asked the caller if she could give me a minute to, well, get out of the bathroom . Instead, she asked me to call her back. Two minutes later, I did, and no answer. Left a voicemail. Here we are, three days later, and I still haven't gotten a response despite calling back and leaving voicemails. So, I decided to call Byram today and ask why the "insurance verifier lady" hasn't called me back, and what she was calling about. Turns out, she was calling because they had the wrong phone number for my doctor. So I SEARCHED ON GOOGLE FOR HIS OFFICE, found his correct number, and gave it to them. Why couldn't they do that themselves? It's frustrating to feel like they don't care whether you get the supplies you need or not. We shouldn't be having to fight for them to pay attention to us. I'm also disappointed that the person from Byram did not acknowledge the fault of the company for my not receiving my supplies a month after my doctor made the order. She told me that he needed to send in some charts in order for them to send me the supplies, making it my doctor's fault. I don't understand why 1. he would need to send my charts to my insurance, what does he have to prove? That I really am diabetic and need my supplies??? And 2. Why Byram just sat there and waited until I called. My doctor is extremely responsive, and this is by no means his fault. This has been a horrible company to work with and if I actually want to, you know, LIVE, I'm probably going to have to find another supplier.

I would give this company a minus 10 if I could. I have never worked with a medical supply company that is incompetent. It has been weeks trying to get insulin pump supplies for the first time. We recently moved here from Nevada, where we had a great company. At this point he is without supplies and using a insulin pen, and struggling to keep his blood sugars down. Every time I call there is something new that they require. They have lost faxes from the doctor, then magically found them. I even had his insurance call them because they haven’t received any requests, but of course they have no record of that. If you can use another supply company, do it, this company is terrible!!!

ZERO STARS. I am not surprised by the negative reviews from employees, because that place HAS to be a joke. I have never once received diabetes supplies for my daughter on time. Not ONCE. I have to call every time and harass people and ask why her items have not been shipped. I'm not ordering new shoes, I'm ordering life-saving supplies for my 7 year old. They honestly don't care. Worst company ever, they should not be dealing with people's lives. Go ANYWHERE ELSE but here!

Seriously the worst. Ordered 10 days ago and they still haven't even gotten in contact with my doctor. I just had them close the account and we'll try somewhere else. Don't waste your time!

I was hesitant to start working here when I was offered a position in April of 2019 after seeing the online reviews but I have been pleasantly surprised. There has been a lot of positive improvements and changes made in the 18 months I’ve been with the company. An entire training program has been developed and a full time trainer for new and existing staff was promoted from within the company to provide formalized and structured training to newly hired teammates in addition to ongoing refresher trainings to existing staff. System enhancements, internal promotions to leadership, interdepartmental projects and communication to improve processes, cohesiveness and Byram Diabetes culture overall has all been improved and a major focus since joining Bryam Healthcare. It has been exciting to be part of the growth and changes that are happening to improve our patients overall experience and aid in their health and well being. Don’t let older negative reviews scare you, we are working hard every day to improve the experiences of our patients, providers, manufacturers and teammates based on your feedback and reviews.

Please go to anyone but byrum for your medical supplies. They overcharged us by sneakily taking out our automatic payments twice. I sent them my credit card statement for the three months they did this to me and they said they only found one extra payment to apply. Called them 3 times. Then I called my bank to dispute it and byrum magically found the other 2 payments. What a scam....I am getting these supplies to live...what a horrible thing to do to people.

They are great till you have to talk to a person. They drag their feet and if you don't get the right department they have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA WHATIS GOING ON. I can not get ahold of the person working on my ppw for a CGM. I have been going the rounds with them for a week. They say they need new documents from my doctor, sent it to the wrong office and when I call with the correct fax they will not send it! Once you get your account set up, only bother with them online. Their website is really nice. Their customer service SUCKS! And it always has. This isn't the first time and won't be the last.
