Quiet and safe living experience! Management and staff are friendly, courteous, and promptly respond when you need something. Overall, very happy with the Kodiak and would highly recommend.

I lived here for 4 years and I loved it. Its quiet and everyone here is friendly. I never had any issues with management and the 2 times that I did need maintenance, my issue were resolved quickly. Compared to an apartment complex in the downtown area of Rochester, I got nearly double the space for almost half the price. It includes an underground parking spot which most Rochester apartments don't. Its just a quick 15 min ride from Mayo Clinic/downtown. You will not be disappointed in your move to Kodiak.
