Terrible customer service. Purchased a pistol online. Seller said they would ship it Fri or Sat. September 25, 26th. On Sunday I contacted seller by email for an update and was told all shipping information would be updated Monday the 28th. Nothing updated so I Emailed to get an update on Tuesday the 29th, seller advise me to call. I called and immediately was given excuses, and told maybe Ill get it shipped tomorrow etc. I asked is that all maybe you'll get it shipped maybe tomorrow? The seller exploded into shouting at me, calling me arrogant and using obscenities. Asking for an update is not unreasonable or arrogant. Buyer beware..
