This review isn't necessarily for the physical ticket office but for the other aspects of the ticket office. For example trying to buy tickets on the website might be easy enough depending on the day, but trying to edit your account is a hassle. The website is not very helpful, it is not very easy to find the little info that the website offers. I have had varying problems with this website on different occasions. And when I called in for help they could not help me. They starting asking me personal questions that seemed very unnecessary to simply comply with my request of helping me change the email address I had on my account. If their questions were necessary they did a poor job of explaining why they were. I could not understand why they needed personal information about my family in order to change the email address tied to my account. I finally just decided to leave the email address that I had tied to my account initially because it was easier than wasting more time talking with them. I spent 20 minutes on the phone with them and had to try to evade the personal questions they were asking about me and my family. Ultimately they told me I should have called them instead of buying my tickets online. I was confused how I was supposed to know that. I wondered why the website was available without any warnings since I was supposed to call them to buy tickets instead of buying them online. In the end, absolutely nothing was resolved or changed.

Very limited parking and you can only be there a maximum of 15 minutes therefore I would recommend buy your tickets online or over the phone because it is a very heavily enforced parking lot. Especially during the day Between 7:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.
Went to a byu basketball game. Everyone at the stadium are amazing(very helpful).
Picking up your ROC pass here is pretty efficient if you order online before, make sure to do that.
The BYU Ticket Office's Webiste is horrendous. I've spent over an hour trying to order a ROC pass, but the system continues to kick me out at the check-out. I've tried using three different browsers to no avail, and it's definitely not internet traffic considering that it's 4am MST. You guys might want to consider updating your website.
Great stadium! Games are fun to watch and seats are very comfortable. Recent upgrades!
Fun place for women's conference. Is huge and has great seating options
