I do not enjoy giving bad reviews but this store makes it hard to leave frustrations unsaid. The staff have terrible customer service and do not honor the prices of THIER OWN shelf tags. Myself and other friends and family have had situations where the staff were blatantly rude or ignored us. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Great Store with very friendly and helpful employees. You can find a variety of things. We love hunting and fishing so I like to come here for all our needs. You can also get pet food, garden supplies, western wear, unique gifts. tools, farm equipment etc. Fair prices for good quality merchandise.

Every time I have gone into this store, they do not honor the posted prices that are listed and try to charge more at the checkstand. I have pointed out the posted prices, and the employees argue with customers. If you enjoy getting jerked around and paying more than is posted for items, this is the store. They have horrible customer service.

I do not live in the area but I visit family here a few times a year and I alway look forward to going to cal ranch. This store has any and everything you need from ranch supply’s to camping gear. The clothing and shoe departments are very large and well stocked. The whole store is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and always happy to help. One of my favorite places, wish I had one closer to me!!

I actually like the CAL ranch stores, but our local CAL ranch has one major flaw as far as I am concerned. I'd have to say at least 70% of the items they sell, are either not marked at all with a price, or mismarked, or just in the wrong place. It is a huge turn off for me to go into a huge store like that (they sell a bit of everything - as I said, I really like CAL ranch stores) find exactly what I am after, but have no clue how much it costs and then have to go find one of but a few floor workers who never seem to be around when I need a price check, and even if you do run across one, usually is a hike back to where I need them, then they usually stand there and stare at the item for a minute.. Look around the isle to see if the bar code thing had been moved or knocked off.. Then go.. "huh.. I don't know, I'll go see if I can find out" which.. Is better than.. "I don't know" and then leaving.. But still they leave.. Sometimes I wonder if they are coming back, sometimes they come back with a cart and say they will take it up and have it scanned.. Or sometimes they come back with a pen or pen and paper write down the code on the side.. Hike back to the front... Point being.. I don't think ANYONE cares to go in for 1 or 2 items.. Find them right away.. But then spend the next 30 minutes (more time if you are buying a few items)trying to find out how much their retail cost is. It's the only store I have ever been in that doesn't have 99% of their stock price marked.. This sort of thing happens all the time. At this store... But.. The store products, prices, location and parking are all a double thumbs up.. Just hire one person full time to do NOTHING but go around and price everything.. You will sell more product if you do that. People don't like to have to ask how much stuff costs...
