Glad to know there is more than one of these stores in Northern Utah. The Farr West store has a excellent gun collection, and tones of food for your pets, plus great deals like buy 2 get one free. I like to see Amazon do that, they do have all the Amazon brands, so very good go to if out of stock. I highly recommend this place, but on the weekend, a bit crowded.

I sure appreciated the excellent service I received from the store director, Sam. I also have received amazing service from Blair at the gun counter. They both went absolutely out of their way to answer all of my questions and make sure I had everything I needed. Thanks Sam and Blair!
Great selection of work boots, equipment, Hats...everything. Best part is I look like im trouble, but i werent treated like that by the staff. Was treated well and was helped by friendly staff. Will definitely be returning.
Sam is THE best manager I have ever worked with. He knows his products well, has great customer service, and will go the extra mile every time. I love spending my time and funds at this store.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. I couldn’t find anyone willing to help me. When I told the young female cashier, she said and I kid you not.....it is what it is. Are you kidding me! What disrespect to your customers. I will never be shopping here again. I’ll find another Stihl dealer to spend my money. If I had gotten the help I needed, I would have purchased a Stihl chainsaw too on top of the Stihl weed trimmer I purchased. This store is not worth my time or my money. Such disrespect!

I haven’t been to CAL Ranch in years. The Farr West location was always a mess. However, I was talking to a good friend who said the store has changed for the better. I wanted to see what changed so I drove over. First thing you notice is how much cleaner the place was. The staff all seemed to be happy. I chatted with one of the managers, I think Steve, for a few minutes. He was very nice. The lady at the register was nice. I took my cart to the holder in the parking spot and that’s where I met Sam. He took my cart and wished me a good day. I was slow to put it together but his name tag said he was the store manager. I should have told him about my experience. Sam, if you read this you’re doing a hell of a job. You have great people. I will definitely be back to this store.
