I went to C and D Motorsports to have my dirtbike wheels laced and trued. I brought in the wheels and new undamaged Takasago rims. When I got them back there was a large scratch down the lip of the rim and an attempt to repair it which made it look worse. They had sent them out to another shop to do the work I was told. Phil told me that is where the scratch occurred but not to contact the shop on their behalf. I attempted to rectify the situation with Dereck who from the beginning of our call made it clear that he was not going to compensate me in any way. I continued to push the issue, to which he told me that he didn't want my business, need my money (190.00 I paid him) and to f@#k off as he hung the phone up on me.......I have never been so disrespected and unappreciated by any business in my life. The only person that ever said thank you to me was I believe Derecks mom when I went and paid for the work.
