These people are very high quality people. I have 3 years experience with them and their heating work is always the best quality, timely, and very reasonably priced. Their office staff is so friendly and cooperative. They are a pleasure to do business with.
CE Kiff, Delhi, who provides our heating oil, covered themselves in glory on Friday! Several years ago they told us to buy a Sensaphone (a remote dialing device) for our house in Andes. The device called us in Brooklyn at about 3:30 am on Friday morning and informed us that the temperature in the house was 49 degrees. I believe that the device also called CE Kiff. At any rate, Chris from CE Kiff came to our house around 7:15 in the morning and discovered that the ignitor on the furnace wasn't working. He replaced it (and a couple of filters -- while he was there) and the temperature started going back up. Chris called me Friday afternoon and told me that he had been monitoring the temperature remotely (by calling the device) and that the temperature was steadily rising. They really saved us from a disaster because if we hadn't had the Sensaphone and if Chris hadn't come, the house would have frozen up. I think CE Kiff and Chris provided excellent service for us and that we dodged a bullet. What a nightmare this could have been. Well done Chris and the other folks at CE Kiff!
